Mystery black marks found on body of infamous ghost hunters’ death causing many to speculate what REALLY happened


Police have launched a probe after a paranormal investigator who tried to communicate with ghosts in more than 6,000 haunted locations died in mysterious circumstances.

Gaurav Tiwari was discovered unconscious in the bathroom of his family home in Dwaraka, Delhi, last Thursday after his partner heard a loud thump from downstairs.

He was found with unexplained black marks around his neck and instantly rushed to hospital.

But he could not be saved and died a short time later. 

The 32-year-old’s suspected cause of death has since been given as asphyxia.

However, Gaurav’s family have alarming concerns about the circumstances surrounding his passing.

His father Uday told the Times of India: ‘Gaurav told his wife a month ago that a negative force was pulling him towards it. He had said he was trying to control it but seemed unable to do so.

‘My daughter-in-law ignored it thinking he was just depressed due to work overload and did not tell us about it.’

The family added that he was happy and had no reason to end his own life, ruling suicide out.

Gaurav was a certified paranormal and UFO investigator and a hypnotist. He founded the Indian Paranormal Society after becoming obsessed with the other side following his own spooking experience while training to become a commercial jet pilot in 2009.

He was also an ordained minister and regularly appeared on the TV program Haunted Weekends.

Fans have been leaving messages of remembrance on the star’s Facebook page since his death was announced.

Barb Rawlings posted: ‘RIP. You lived an amazing life and have left a legacy and love that others will follow.

‘Prayers for you and your Wife, family and friends.’
